Members of the Cape Animal Welfare Forum met with City officials recently to discuss various aspects of the draft By Law.
Excellent progress was made with greater understanding about the provisions of the proposed By Law and how animal welfare organisations can continue to work for the upliftment of animals in our Metropole.
